Our premium carrageenan is obtained from seaweed species such as Chondrus, Eucheuma and Psoralea, and is sourced locally through our Indonesia office. Carrageenan is widely used as a thickener, binder and stabilizer in dairy, confectionery, processed meat and other food applications.
