From March 19 to 21, the 28th Food Ingredients China (FIC 2025) exhibition was successfully held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. GreenPower Biotech made a grand appearance with its carrageenan products and seaweed raw materials, attracting widespread attention and fostering valuable industry exchanges.

Exhibition Highlights: Carrageenan Innovations in Diverse Applications

During the exhibition, GreenPower Biotech’s booth was bustling with visitors, as our sales managers and R&D team engaged in in-depth discussions on carrageenan applications across various sectors. These included meat products, dairy, confectionery, pet food, and facial masks. The team shared insights into carrageenan's gel-forming, thickening, and stabilizing properties, offering tailored solutions to meet diverse industry needs.

In addition to end-product applications, we also showcased seaweed raw materials, highlighting the complete processing journey—from natural seaweed harvesting to drying, processing, and powdering. This display allowed visitors to gain a deeper understanding of our raw material sourcing and quality control process.

Creative Tasting Sessions: A Flavorful Experience

To demonstrate carrageenan’s versatility, GreenPower Biotech hosted creative tasting sessions featuring gummies, plant-based gummies, functional gummies, and fruit jellies. Attendees had the chance to experience the smooth texture, elasticity, and stability carrageenan brings to confectionery products.
